Hier zijn de opties waaruit hosts kunnen kiezen (houd er rekening mee dat je als host je annuleringsvoorwaarden niet kunt wijzigen zolang er \u00e9\u00e9n of meer boekingen actief zijn).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Flexibel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gasten kunnen hun boeking tot 24 uur voor het inchecken annuleren voor een volledige terugbetaling (exclusief platformkosten).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Als een gast een boeking na die tijd annuleert, zal de host volledig worden betaald en zal er geen restitutie plaatsvinden aan de gast.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Standaard<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gasten kunnen hun boeking tot 7 dagen voor het inchecken annuleren voor een volledige terugbetaling (exclusief platformkosten).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gasten kunnen hun boeking annuleren tussen 7 dagen en 48 uur voor het inchecken om een restitutie van 50% van het totale bedrag te krijgen (exclusief de kosten van het platform).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Als een gast een boeking annuleert na 48 uur voor het inchecken, zal de host volledig worden betaald en zal er geen restitutie plaatsvinden aan de gast.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Strikt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gasten kunnen hun boeking tot 30 dagen voor het inchecken annuleren voor een volledige terugbetaling (exclusief platformkosten).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gasten kunnen hun boeking annuleren tussen 30 dagen en 14 dagen voor het inchecken en krijgen dan een restitutie van 50% van het totale bedrag (exclusief de kosten van het platform).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gasten kunnen hun boeking annuleren tussen 14 dagen en 7 dagen voor het inchecken en krijgen een restitutie van 25% van het totale bedrag (exclusief kosten van het platform).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Als een gast een boeking annuleert na 7 dagen voor de check-in, zal de host volledig worden betaald en zal er geen restitutie plaatsvinden aan de gast.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Verhuurders kunnen kiezen uit drie verschillende annuleringsvoorwaarden.
