DAMAGE LIABILITY: The Renter is responsible for any and all damages caused to the studio or its contents during the rental period. This includes damage to equipment, mirrors, walls, floors, and any other items or property in the studio. The Renter will be liable for the full cost of repairs or replacements.
LIABILITY: The Renter assumes all responsibility for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the rental period and agrees to hold the Owner harmless from any claims or liabilities.

Our beautiful Dance studio is a bit over 1,000 sf with laminated floors a wall to wall long mirror, we have colored LED Lights and moving head lights. We offer a great sound system too. We have a/c, ten chairs, a table and fans. We have one bathroom equipped with the essential needs.
