Hosts can choose to adopt one of three different cancellation policies. Here are the options Hosts can choose from (keep in mind that as a Host, you can’t change your cancellation policies while you have one or more bookings currently active).

Flexible

  • Guests can cancel their booking up to 24 hours before check-in to get a full refund (platform’s fees are excluded)
  • If a Guest cancels a booking after that time, the Host will be paid in full and no refund will be issued to the Guest

Standard

  • Guests can cancel their booking up to 7 days before check-in to get a full refund (platform’s fees are excluded)
  • Guests can cancel their booking between 7 days and 48 hours before check-in to get a 50% refund of the total amount spent (platform’s fees are excluded)
  • If a Guest cancels a booking after 48 hours before check-in, the Host will be paid in full and no refund will be issued to the Guest

Strict

  • Guests can cancel their booking up to 30 days before check-in to get a full refund (platform’s fees are excluded)
  • Guests can cancel their booking between 30 days and 14 days before check-in to get a 50% refund of the total amount spent (platform’s fees are excluded)
  • Guests can cancel their booking between 14 days and 7 days before check-in to get a 25% refund of the total amount spent (platform’s fees are excluded)
  • If a Guest cancels a booking after 7 days before check-in, the Host will be paid in full and no refund will be issued to the Guest
